Pricing is current as of the "Last Updated" date above and is quoted in Israeli New Shekels (ILS). Prices may change and promotional discounts may apply. The price displayed at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase.

For purchases made on the web, Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy, LLC handles the transaction, tax calculation and remittance, and billing on our behalf, and will appear as the seller on your bank or card statement. For purchases made through an app store, that store is the seller of record and its terms govern the transaction.
Where a plan is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, it renews at the end of each term at the then-current price unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel at any time:

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. Our quiz content is protected by copyright. We employ technical measures to prevent unauthorized copying, including screenshot prevention on mobile apps, copy protection on web, and session management. Circumventing these protections violates these Terms.

All user-submitted content is subject to review and approval by our team. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or modify submissions, remove content at any time, and provide feedback on submissions.
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service. You retain ownership of your original content but grant us the right to make it available to other users.
The content we provide through GetExam.app — including our quiz questions, answer options and explanations, audio and music we produce, user interface design, software code, and branding and trademarks — is original work authored or produced by us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Our questions are written to test knowledge of established medical facts and cite standard reference works (such as recognised textbooks, clinical guidelines, and public health data) in the same manner as any educational or examination material. Those citations identify the source of the underlying facts; they do not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, any publisher or author. Copyright in any third-party work referenced remains with its respective owner, and such material is referenced for educational commentary and study purposes only.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, educational purposes only.
You may not reproduce or distribute our content, create derivative works, use our trademarks without permission, or remove copyright notices.
GetExam.app is a supplementary educational training tool only. This application is designed to assist users in their exam preparation but shall not be used as the sole or primary source of study material.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy or completeness of content, uninterrupted or error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, etc.).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetExam.app, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, and content you submit to the Service.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" option in Settings or contacting support@getexam.app.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to pay subscription fees, or pose a security risk.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, your data will be deleted (except as required by law), and no refunds will be provided for unused subscription time (unless required by law).
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting updated Terms in the app, updating the "Last Updated" date, and sending an email notification (for material changes). Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GetExam.app.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to a successor or affiliate.
We are not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, war, government actions, etc.).
